How do I order an ePayments prepaid MasterCard® card?
You can order your card in your ePayments account before the verification.
To make the order you should click the “Order” button on the left menu in your account or use the “Cards and Accounts” menu.

I have 35$ on my e-wallet to pay for the prepaid MasterCard card, but when I click on the "Order" button or use the "Cards and Accounts" menu, it still does not allow me to order the card.
