    I have 35$ on my e-wallet to pay for the prepaid MasterCard card, but when I click on the "Order" button or use the "Cards and Accounts" menu, it still does not allow me to order the card. It says: "The card order cannot be accepted.For further details please contact support team." What went wrong here?
